Alas, such hand-crafted marvels as these cannot be mass-produced. What you behold are made-to-order, customized creations designed for your unique palate. Simply peruse our offerings then connect to share wants and needs - we'll transform vague yearnings into delectable reality!
Briefly, here's what my kitchen conjures:
Pelmeni: Petite parcels of produce or meat wrapped in wee dough pockets, steamed for sublime snacking. Tasty and satisfying. Very cozy. Raw ingredients are used for filling.
Vareniki: Heartier cousins, with pre-cooked fillings for the vegetarian or sweet-toothed soul.
Gyoza: Japanese-inspired, with ginger, chili and cilantro sending the senses soaring. Original spins too if Asia isn't your thing! Crispy fried bottoms, tender steamed tops. Meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, berries. It’s hard to think of more variety in the filling.
Khinkali: Georgian favorites, simple but splendid - these bundle spiced meat in pillowy folds, releasing fragrant broth when bitten into!
Manti: Only with meat. They are steamed delicacies filled with seasoned meats, well worth the wait.
Spring Rolls: Crisp coconut-rice pancakes embracing chicken, salmon or shrimp with veggies. A healthy, flavor-packed choice!
Pasta: Two-minute miracles crafted by hand just for you! Contains simple, understandable products. Flour, eggs and salt. Select flour type and desired hue - even inky black or verdant green!
