When to order

Ready from 3 days after you order. To have everything the day before, order by these dates.

  • New Year's Eve, Thursday, December 31

    Delivery or pickup at IKRA AND MORE: order by Sunday, December 27 to get it Wednesday, December 30.

    Market pickup at Booth 538: order by Thursday, December 24 to pick up Sunday, December 27.

  • Orthodox Christmas, Thursday, January 7

    Delivery or pickup at IKRA AND MORE: order by Sunday, January 3 to get it Wednesday, January 6.

How much to order

Our rule of thumb: as the main dish, about half a pound of pelmeni, vareniki or gyoza, or 5 khinkali, per guest. With a full table of other dishes, half that.

The packs below are counted as a main dish. They are a suggestion: you can change any flavor or amount in the cart.

  • Pelmeni, vareniki and gyoza are sold by the pound: most flavors from 2 lb, then in 1 lb steps.
  • Khinkali and manti are sold by the piece: from 10 per flavor, in steps of 5.
  • For example, 8 guests: 4 lb, such as 2 lb of pelmeni and 2 lb of vareniki. The minimum order for delivery is $75.

Packs for the table

Each pack is made of items from the regular menu at their regular prices, with no markup and no discount: the price is the sum of the items. The button puts them in your cart, where you can still change anything.

What Viki makes for the holidays

Pork and beef pelmeni, vareniki with potato, with cottage cheese and with cherry, and Georgian khinkali. All on the regular menu, so you can build your own table.

Ordering, delivery and pickup

Everything is made by hand after you order. Ready from 3 days after you order, and you choose the day at checkout. You pay by card, online at checkout.

We deliver Mon–Fri, with a $75 minimum in both zones. Market pickup is Sat & Sun 10am–6:30pm. Dumplings arrive frozen, ready for your freezer.

  • Zone 1 (Sunny Isles, Hollywood, Hallandale, Aventura, Miami Gardens, North Miami, Dania Beach, Davie, Fort Lauderdale): free
  • Zone 2 (Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach): $30, free from $150
  • Free, no minimum. Pick up at IKRA AND MORE, Hollywood: 1815 Wiley St, Hollywood, FL 33020, Mon–Fri 12–7pm. A gourmet store that carries our dumplings. We drop your order off there. (786) 817-4394

New Year order questions

When do I need to order for New Year's Eve?
For delivery, order by Sunday, December 27 and it arrives Wednesday, December 30. For market pickup, order by Thursday, December 24 and pick up Sunday, December 27.
And for Orthodox Christmas on January 7?
For delivery, order by Sunday, January 3 and it arrives Wednesday, January 6. For market pickup, order by Thursday, December 31 and pick up Sunday, January 3.
How many per person?
As the main dish, about half a pound of pelmeni or vareniki, or 5 khinkali, per guest. With lots of other dishes, half that.
Can I change the flavors in a pack?
Yes. A pack just puts regular menu items in your cart at their regular prices. Change or remove anything before you pay.
How do I keep them until the party?
In the freezer, without thawing. Cook them straight from frozen.
