Daily Dumplings

Our story

Meet the
maker.

I’m Viktoria, but everyone calls me Viki. Friends call me the Dumpling Queen. For over five years I’ve folded dumplings by hand, with a lot of love and a little obsession.

Pelmeni and rounds of dough on a wooden board

I eat and travel the world looking for flavors, and you can taste those travels in everything I make.

Every dumpling is shaped by hand and made fresh, never factory-made. I use only the freshest ingredients and play with both old-country classics and modern twists: savory meats, seafood, melty cheese, garden vegetables. Japanese gyoza, Georgian khinkali, manti, vareniki, even handmade pasta. And the family keeps growing.

Now you can find me every weekend at Yellow Green Farmers Market, with my daughter and our dog, Dream. And the frozen ones come straight to your door.

Why handmade beats
the freezer aisle

  • No additives

Factory lines need additives so dough and filling don’t stick to the machines. Hands don’t.

  • Real fillings

Natural meat, seafood and vegetables you can name. No mystery “minced meat”, no fillers.

  • Folded with pride

Sturdy-but-tender homemade dough, folded the way your grandmother’s kitchen would.

Head of quality control

Meet Dream.

The face peeking over our sign is real. Dream is our brindle Boston terrier, the star of our logo and our very serious head of quality control.
