About this one
The base of the spring roll is rice cakes. In each pancake: rice noodles, Japanese omelet, soybean sprouts, carrot, cucumber, bok choy cabbage, caramelized peanut crumble, pickled zucchini, green onion and cilantro. Avocado or mango, optional. Also three fillings to choose from: teriyaki chicken, teriyaki shrimp, salmon.
